FAQ

WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS? DO YOU SELL YOUR PRODUCTS ONLINE?

We sell all of our products through collaborative relationships with our optician partners.
We believe they can give you the best advice, and offer you products suited to your specific needs.

Get the nearest address of opticians selling the Dilem brand, or write to the distributor in your country!

WHERE CAN I SEE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS AND CHOOSE MY FAVOURITE FRAMES AND TEMPLES?

Shapes, colours, materials – at Dilem, you're spoilt for choice!
The Dilem brand offers hundreds of frames and pairs of temples, which means that our optician partners won't have all of our collections in store.
Our online customisation tool will help you find and create your ideal glasses!

Use it to test out multiple combinations, add them to your wish list, which you can then send to your email address.
All you then need to do is visit your optician to order them.

HOW MUCH DO DILEM GLASSES AND TEMPLES COST?

You'll find this information at your optician's ;)
Depending on the level of service they offer, prices may vary slightly from one store to another.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY TEMPLES?

It's easy and can be done with a simple movement.
Change your style with one click – how handy is that?!

To remove your temples:
Apply gentle pressure with your thumb to the top of the temple
(towards the hinge) and it comes off!

To attach new temples:
Place the prongs of the hinge attached to the frame into the holes provided for this purpose on the temples. The hole is in the shape of an "equals" sign or a small rectangle.
Then unfold the temple into the open position.
You'll hear a "click", telling you that it's properly in place ;)

WHAT MATERIALS ARE YOUR FRAMES MADE FROM?

We believe that the choice of a material should be determined by a combination of comfort and looks.
At Dilem, we mainly use 3 materials, which have been tried and tested for use in optics:

Acetate:
mostly used for the fronts and endtips of our frames, our cellulose acetate is made up of 75% cotton fibre and 25% plasticizer. A premium material thanks to its transparency, feel and infinite colour possibilities.

XP2:
a high-strength polymer used in surgery and the aviation industry, we mainly use this material for its long-term stability, lightness and wide colour range.
A great idea: our XP2 is now made up of 60% castor oil, a natural and bio-sourced material!

Stainless steel:
a metallic material mainly used for its strength and lightness.
